Using the Launch Your Project Remote Posting Interface

The Launch Your Project API is not technically an API in the truest sense of the word.  I have set up a way for websites to allow their visitors to post to Launch Your Project from your website.

It is easy to set up on your site, pretty much it is copy/paste.   Here are the instructions:

  1. Make a new page on your site with this code in the content area of your page:
    1. <iframe src="/lyp.php" style="width:100%;"></iframe>

    Note:You will need to set the height of this iframe for your page and you will need to change “lyp.php” to whatever filename you choose in step 2.

  2. Put a script on your site called lyp.php, lyp.html, lyp.aspx, or whatever with the following code in it:
    1. <html><head><script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.launchyourproject.com/remote-posting/js/init.js"></script></head><body></body></html>
  3. TEST IT!  Make sure that everything loads correctly and that you are able to log into Launch Your Project successfully. Contact me at LaunchYourProject@gmail.com if you have any problems!

This script will load everything from LaunchYourProject.com, to keep everything as easy as possible.
