Finding Off Campus Housing the easy way

LivingOffCampus.net is an up and coming website that strives to provide quality information to a student looking to find a property.

Their primary focus is on the college student who is looking to move out of the dorms.  The site provides intuitive interfaces and many features that other property sites don’t offer.

Property owners can register and get 3 free properties to test the site out with.

Student Features Promised for the Official Release of the site:

• Either search the site for properties out right, or register and save properties they like for later.
• Take notes on a property for later
• Post simple text-based roommate wanted ads
• Hook up with their current roommates through the system and see a joined list of all their saved properties

As of right now, Living Off Campus is asking for help from anyone who is interested.  They want to get ideas for designing a T-shirt to advertise the website.  Whoever’s idea is chosen for the shirt will recieve $100, one of the t-shirts they designed, and a spot on the T-shirt rack on the site.  More information about the T-Shirt design contest.
