FHA Loan Limits Calculator

A lot of first time homebuyers are finding out that financing a home is a little tricky right now.  As a result, FHA loans are again becoming a popular alternative to conventional financing.  They’re actually a really good deal, even if they do require jumping through a few more hoops than normal home loans.  Each county has it’s own limit on FHA loans so I decided to create a simple FHA loan limits calculator.  All you have to do is submit your city or county and it spits out the maximums for 1-4 unit homes in your area (the sizes considered “residential” by the government).  Try it out and let me know what you think.
